Changing DCs after conquest is over

So I would like to know why u guys changed jkck lvl 9 and also added new stats(prot and potency) to the DC set which we cannot farm anymore in conquest?

All this without telling us that u did that…doesn’t make any sense to change the set while we cannot farm it anymore. Even worse to do so without telling us.
