changing guild name

Hi, does anyone know the proper route to change guild name? I was told to put in a bug report with the request, and bing bang boom, it's done. I have now done so 3x in the last couple of weeks but nothing has happened. I don't know if they're closed for the holidays, or i'm just being ignored, or was given faulty info, but the 2 people who told me how to do it had don it that way before.
