Hold off doing anything until the daily Episode quest reveals, it's about a 2.5hr wait beyond the normal daily quest timer. No point playing the game or completing anything until you know if there's going to be an Episode quest tied to it or not. CG have literally implemented mechanics that cause players not to play the game!
Those 2.5 hours are for your time settings, not for everyone else who play the game in different time zones/with different game timing...
I think the conquest one unlocked as early as it did because CG know some people actually complete conquest within 1-2 days, however given that, they should really have unveiled the conquest reliant feat earlier.
Problem probably is that these are feats from the pass, so due to the differences in cadence, this was the earliest the feats could be unveiled, if they weren't to have been sitting there for almost a week before conquest opened up, which would likely have lead to other complaints...
