I agree that they have utility in other game modes, but for anyone level 85 there's a very high chance that you got enough scoundrels to do those events. Why not make them a viable arena squad. EA has done well in reworking different factions to return them to arena viability (see Empire, Resistance, recently FO). I'm not saying break bounty hunters to become the new meta, just make them competitive. Plus, you've got Bossk, a character from both original trilogy and clone wars who is just waiting for a spot.
@Kivoku I'd like to see Bossk added, but I don't want him to catapult Bounty Bunters to meta status. You're right that it wouldn't have much effect on level 85 players, but to every lower level player it would destroy variety. Every single one of them would have to farm BHs because of the heist, chance mods, and meta. It honestly wouldn't really affect me, but I think that it would just make BHs so important that players without massive rosters would have no choice except farming them.
