Hevy doesn’t deserve to be a GL for someone in 2 episodes. His whole kit in general is very weak, reminiscent of the early characters like Consular, Lumi, and other similarly basic characters.
There’s no benefit to foresight being undispellable, as it expires when the character dodges anyway.
