Character Level Cap

I've been playing for a while now and leveling up my various characters, and I've gotten to a point where it says their level is maxed out at 38. I've seen other people's characters with levels above that, so how do I raise the level cap?

coz you are at level 38?

levels keep increasing as you keep progressing in the game.

The max level is 70 right now.

Yeah, just leveled up to 39 and they no longer say they're maxed, so that must be it. Thanks!

Character level cap is same as player level.
Raise your level (daily activities mostly) and your character max level will rise correspondingly.
