Character Power calculations
Hello there,
I am wondering what is the reason behind the decision that Character Power is independant on what mods are put on a character? Meaning for example - high potency mods could give more power points to characters with debuff-placing skills, crit chance/damage mods could give more power to characters taking advantage of crits etc. This could give us character power numbers reflecting more accurately the actual power of the character.
I assume there might be something I am not seeing here?
