Character Viability at 3* in arena- but not with raids

So new characters being released are mostly viable at 3* but still can't use them in raids unless you you have a gem farm next to your money tree.( not hating on spending at all) Any chance raids wil...

Any chance raids will lose the star requirement to attack in the 2 raids?


Then why would anyone pay to star toons?
