Characters that could gain Tactical Supremacy

I have always thought of the Tactical Supremacy being a really cool buff that I feel that CG should add to a few more characters in the game. I may come up with more characters in the future for this list. So far I have 6 Characters! Ill show some suggestions on which abilities each character should gain them. Yes unfortunately I can see CG adding them and keeping the buff to focus on said factions of the unit, and not just any unit. Also, a side note, only Tarkin and Admiral Trench have this buff currently. I will say this wouldn't be a all at once rework, but I feel over the next year or 2 these characters should gain these buffs to boost their teams.

Here is what Tactical Supremacy Says, to remember what the buff does.

Tactical Supremacy: +30% Critical Damage and Potency; recover 10% Protection at the start of turn; if dispelled, recover 40% Health then gain Advantage and Foresight for 2 turns at the end of that turn

  1. So the first big character that comes to mind(which could be reworked anyways) is Grand Admiral Thrawn. He has one of the best Tactical Minds out there. So it'd make since for Thrawn to boost his Imperials in and out of his lead with this buff. First adding it to his Leadership at the start of battle for 3 turns Imperials(no need for full team to be one, just him and his Imps get the buff). Plus when any Imperial Ally uses his bonus ability through his leadership should gain it for 2 turns, plus Tenacity up. Aside from those abilities, outside of his lead he can grant it to himself and target ally(any ally in this case) with Grand Admirals Command ability.
  2. Admiral Ackbar is another character that should gain this buff. Again like Thrawn, starts the battle with it for all rebel allies. However under his special ability, Tactical Genius, he can grant it to Rebel allies once Tactical Genius is dispelled from any ally. This will  allow for the Rebels under Ackbar or even rocking Ackbar under another Rebel team could boost the damage and potency with some recovery.
  3. General Grievous could do something similar to Trench but for Separatist Droid allies. He can grant it with his crawling ability, Skittering Horror!
  4. Darth Vader. This one I can see it being only for himself and from his Merciless massacre. He can reapply it each time he takes a turn, so he can keep himself alive more after counters, and keep up some extra damage and Potency.
  5. Both Jedi and Darth Revans make since. Old Republic Era characters. For Darth Revan I can see it added to his Force Storm ability, and his Leadership. With his leadership I can see him granting it to all Sith Empire allies once the Leadership is defeated. Kinda playing on how his Leader ability works. Jedi Revan can be start of encounter and when he uses his Master Strategist ability. This could be for Old Republic allies and Non Galactic Republic Jedi. Since they have had a ton of love in the last few years.
  6. 501st CT-7567 Rex. This one makes since for when he uses his Form up ability. Grants it to Clone trooper and 501st allies only. This way there is some plug in play viability.

This is 7 units so far. What are your thoughts? Any others that could gain this I didn't add to the list?
