Chat function has disappeared.

SWGOH updated for me, and when it updated the chat function disappeared. I know that ....or I have been told that underaged accounts cannot chat.  Is this a bug or is this British thing?  I.e. we ha...

Oof. Glad it doesn't happen to me that often -- it happens, but not 1x/day.
