She got ability blocked when her AOE dispel was needed. She would have gotten that off earlier than DT got his off. So a bit of bad luck. Could have just as easily happened to DT or any dispeller. That's why it's good to have more than one. And her AOE did just fine bringing Cassian's health down to yellow when Baze was still taunting. And in the case of Chaze, dispelling a few HoTs is significant.
So, people don't want to use her. That's fine. But some of us like her. She is usable in arena. She's certainly a HUGE help in GW. I like Boba, but wasn't happy with him in this team. I'm not a fan of B2. He might have the tools, but not fun for me.
Anyway, getting back to OP, she does work but in today's game you need more than one dispeller.
