Cheat or W!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You shouldn't post a screen shot with a name; naming and shaming is against the site rules.

However, if everything is as it appears.  What is going on with the system? 

If the players (and there are many) that are being banned by the system wrongly, and cannot get their accounts unlocked again are banned and this player's able to do this...............sigh.
