Cheater assistance

Hello all So I have an obvious cheater in my fleet shard, got the screenshots, his ally code an so on In-game assistance says "DM Leviathan with proof" It seems the guy doesn't exist anymore ... ...

How can I report this cheater....also checked his guild..pretty sure several out of them are cheating too

  If you can share an allycode, it can be reported through the TCAC discord and if it’s legit they should be banned within 2 weeks
