Cheater where reportet?

Actually I have in grand arena a cheater. But it give no chance to report it. Over every month the cheater win in the grand arena. And EA doing nothing. In 17 seconds a trashteam winning over a GL. And more. But the player is not blocked or other. The player win round for round with 4 Mio points and 1 GL. The opponents have many more GL but the player win game for game.
The cheater report is so hiddento find, that I think that EA will not that the players reportet cheater.
