Obvious cheater reported

I'd reported an extremely obvious cheater on 3 different instances (in-game, EA Help Center, Google Play Help Center) and the response in all cases was "no fix". Does really works the security of EA? The cheater defeated all my relique 7 teams in GAC with a total GP less than 1.4M, only 1 relique character, and defeated my relique FO fleet before any reforce was deployed, with his 5 star ships. I put a lot of money in the game for that came this as*hole with a mega-fraudulent account and reaches Cabonite I in only 1 week. It's really disappointing.
