Community ManagerI don't care how other enjoy this game... Cheating or paying toons of dollars to get best items, etc. Make the game friendlier for newbies and improve the community. Ban people and make a campaign against cheaters only rise fear and caos, that only divide the community and give more power to cheaters when they want to produce false ban by multiple report and hacking skills.
What are you trying to say in this incoherent mess? Spending money is NOT cheating by any stretch if the imagination. And anyone reasonably suspected of cheating should be reported. While the number of false or incorrect bans is > 0, its a lot less than the number of actually cheaters caught and banned. As far as hacking into people's accounts, it does happen too but is also rare but seems to be primarily to people who dont secure their Facebook login and thats what their account is connected to.
Incoherent is been control freak about what others does... The game is broken. Totally slow for new players to do something without toon of money or playing for years... Meanwhile the worst arena is full of people with squads with relics... I don't know if they has spend decades playing, cheating or are millionaires, and I don't care, that's my message. Enjoy your game, and stop the paranoid of blame cheaters...
Guilds are using the report button to get auto ban enemies or anyone who their leader order, like witch hunting... Its almost impossible to recover an account with that much amount of false ban going on.
Don't wish you bad... But you should be more compassionate and emphatic to people who lost month of slow advancing and lost their precious account. Can you imagine been one of those >0 false permanent ban?

As for your post, pretty much everything you said is wrong. If anything the game is a million times faster for new players. From the hyperactive to lsbs to accelerated shards to now being able to relic <7 star characters its much easier to work on old content then it was 5 years ago. Of course the reason is they want you to then spend on new content. This leads into the last half of your first paragraph, with all that youre surprised that arena (are you talking about gac or squad?) have characters with relics? Was everyone else in the game supposed to slow their progress to match you?
Guilds or anyone reporting in game or through the web form is 100% not an auto ban that is an outright lie. If it was there wouldn't be so many posts of people complaining cheaters are still active. They review each case and ban in waves to prevent the cheaters from figuring out how they got caught.
As for false bans it does suck and I think their process is time consuming and frustrating but I dont think I've ever seen a false ban not overturned eventually. Otherwise provide the ally code and reddit or forum posts proving someone didn't do anything shady and was still banned from the game.
I reserve my compassion for those that deserve it. Not cheaters, morons, or scrubs who are terrible at the game and wont listen or do anything to be better. Or even read and know what theyre talking about.
