Where can I complain to get the developers banned for selling cheats (datacrons) and for complete incompetence when it comes to game balance?

Datacrons are teamwide mods. If datacrons are cheats, mods are cheats. Are mods cheats in your view? If anything with any RNG whatsoever is a cheat, then the only things that are legit are naked gear and ability upgrades. Even R9 toons without mods would get annihilated by modded teams.
