I overlooked this little gem when I read this the first time....
“If possible, providing screenshots or video of your experience can significantly help in the investigation.”
Is it as obvious to you guys as it is to me that if they actually HAD useful data, logs, and so on, they would not need us to provide screenshots and videos?
There sure does seem to be a lot of smoke and mirrors here, and not much substance.
