102M guild here, we did T4/T5 before the change, we do T6 now which takes us around 2-3 days to complete. We plan our first heroic - just to see where we are at - towards the end of November.
Rewards are definitely better than before, but IMHO, all ranks should get more Guild Store Tokens.
DN is less random now - a much much needed change. I would still prefer him to use Annihilate as soon as it is available, which still isn't always the case right now.
My biggest issue with the raid is the difference between DN and Sion health. We have people in the guild, myself included, who have good RJT teams and hit P1 just to get through DN. Then others join in and auto Sion for more damage overall, getting better rewards as a result. This is causing some issues in our guild. Not sure how to resolve this - lower health/higher defense on Sion, maybe? But something needs to be adjusted here.
I still find the last part of P4 problematic.There seems to be no strategy involved there whatsoever, you only take a few turns and then you watch Traya simply kill your team one character after another. No interaction == bad design.
