I can only speak for heroic .... but by far the biggest thing that needs to be addressed is rewards for heroic. Sure a “chance” for 12+ gear has been added.... wow, that is great! However in the top 10 you usually are rewarded 3-12 pieces of 12+ gear (could you spare that)? If you manage top 3 you may (stress may) average 10-20 pieces of gear 12+ (If you’re lucky) ....Rarely (very rare) do you manage a full piece!
It’s ridiculous the amount of time and effort (not to mention rng) it takes to score top 3 (or even top 10, in very active top guilds) ...and the rewards for getting top 3 are little to no better than 4-10? That just makes no sense! Is your intention to NOT reward the best players for achieving 1-3? ...or it is more of the “we don’t want disparities in rewards” so everyone gets crap?!
Anyway... if you want something that has improved? The sith raid has changed substantially in parts 1 and 4 (obvious reasons) .... little to no change in 2 and 3. Part 3 is by far the worst to participate in , period, the rng here (part 3) is by far the worst in the game. Sure we could all run the NS here but I’d like to try other teams besides NS ...you just make that impossibly difficult and absolutely NO FUN! ...but improvements have been made so congrats on that.
