I dont think he needs a rework, but he does need a MUCH better zeta. His zeta ability is by far the most useless of the bunch. In fact I would go as far as to claim his zeta is weaker than 90% of omega abilities in the game.
How would I change it? I would add protection regen to the zeta or have his heal apply to the whole squad. I would also make the taunt non-removable.
