Its not hard to figure out
If the guard captain has 0 tm and doesnt refill till teebo hits it back to 0 tm your going to attack about 50 times more before you die, yes you eventually miss in enraged but the way it is now you might not even get there
Look it really sucks now, if you could do 3m-5m before youll totally see it
You cant just put more tmr in there, they will all get this nerf eventually, its not just 5% its one miss and the gigs up nevermind being able to slip wiggs in there, that totally counted on it being completely zero tm before you do comrade in arms
