Chirut rework

Hi Ive been thinking chirrut inwe deserves some love he is super powerful and kind of not uses the force but senses it. he is a cool character who should be able to do high damage like in the movie and also I'm a bit bias since he is one of my favorite characters but some more synergy with the rogue one squad would be nice
