You'd be surprised how easy that is considering people seem to have horrible luck getting speed secondaries and end up going broke, while people running wiggs are getting 45 or more speed of a unique easy
I've seen 298 speed TFP, no way is Biggs going to outspeed that. TFP has a higher base speed anyways, so with the same mods, TFP will be faster.
I guess it's a good thing not everybody seems to have the same luck with mods
