Clearly they think matchmaking is working as intended....

With tophats answers in the q&a it sounds pretty obvious that they feel the matchmaking is working as intended with the exception of the comment that they may be looking into players from being in dif...

Yeah, overall I'm actually liking this system. I've never had more difficult matches and to me that is enjoyment. Nothing fun about winning all the time and nothing fun about losing all the time as well. But it's fun to learn, adapt and conquer every now and then. Take chances, have fun and never go down without a fight. You may be surprised how fun it can be.

Just for the record I don't have JKR or Malak but I have tools to permaplant them and that's all that matters.
