Client restart

Wow. The timing of this very generous exclusive gift--regardless of whether you think it's right or wrong--simply couldn't be worse. It's as if the company is actively seeking ways to one-up themselves on how best to upset as many players as possible and diminish brand loyalty due to perceptions of inequity.

Lucky you. Nothing is scarier than finishing a raid or arena battle, and seeing Client Restart, and wondering if your progress was saved.

So much truth in one post. I couldn't care less that people got 16k crystals for visiting the EA booth. But the timing of this is horrible from a PR perspective. It's like looking down after you shot yourself in the foot and trying to figure out how to make it worse.

Like my grandfather always said, perception is fact. You may be the nicest person in the world but if people think you are shady, then you are shady. No matter how nice you are it's the perception others have of you that truly matters.
