Client Restart(S) - Toons lost power\"QoL Release Info" (C&Q) ***MEGATHREAD***

It for sure has affected the game play. A player and I routinely swap places with in my shard for 1st position, did not lose any of his power in his squad. I was at 47239 power he was 46300. I'm now that's 3500 nerf on my team and his didn't drop a single point.

When I fought him I couldn't kill a single toon... where before this power nerf came I would kill his entire squad swapping positions....

Costing me gems and patience here EA while providing an unfair slanted playing environment for some that have not logged on vs those that refreshed their game.
