Worth gearing? I will soon have both Rex and sergeant 7* And sergeant is at g8 currently is he worth throwing the resources into with Rex lead?

He's slow until the first shot, after that he's fast, hits hard, and takes tm out of everyone in the enemy team.
He could have a little more health/protection (haven't g11 yet, so it might be slightly better now), but an overall solid character.
