Worth gearing? I will soon have both Rex and sergeant 7* And sergeant is at g8 currently is he worth throwing the resources into with Rex lead?

So, personally, I would save good gear for other "better" heroes, or even for when you unlock/promote to 7* on other heroes that will be worth more in teams and for ships.
