Code redemption bug

Hey team,

I've recently used a reward code on the webpage to redeem a Darth Maul related reward.

After submitting code, recieving confirmation of code acceptance, heading backing the game, restarting and loading the game to checking the mailbox, it shows that my code has been redeemed..... Only, it's not anywhere to be found.

I've gone back and forth in trying things and even close to an hour later I'm no where near finding an answer.

Doesn't seem to be another report on this that I can find and all other places I've looked keeps sending me here. So, thanks in advance for the help!
