For those who think that arena is truly competitive, I'm curious as to what the competition is? Like many have said, once a shard has reached a certain maturity level, everyone in the top 20 (at least) can beat every other opponent. So, competing for better teams is non existent. So what are you really competing against? Who can clock manage better? That is really the only thing. The argument that you are keeping your rivals from earning better rewards is silly, because, once the clock management thing is sorted out, you both are potentially wasting crystals on refreshes for locking, which only helps EA, not either competitor. If you just have the need to be in top spots all day long, well, that is why people collude, to defend against your behavior. You have created the collusion by your actions.
