Commander Ahsoka Tano shards?

It is very frustrating to have finished the grind for Jedi Master Kenobi and be unable to find CAT shards anywhere. Need her to complete my JMK squad, but can't.

When will she be available somewhere? Anywhere?

    When Proving Grounds gets added into the game, she’ll be there.
