Commander Ahsoka Unlock for dummies?

So, I've just spent 20 minutes googling how the heck do I unlock her and the only thing I got was a couple comment posts saying I need to finish conquest three times, wut? Or to get all shards in norm...

That was a lot to read, so if you explained this and I didn't read it, then I'm sorry.

I just wanted to say that I got the T6 crate (normal mode) with 20 shards in it.
