Commander Appo Bug

Commander Appo’s unique doesn’t activate upon starting the encounter. His unique states that if lord Vader is in the leader slot , there are no galactic legend enemies, and all allies are dark side clonetroopers, all allies gain dramatic entrance for two turns and Appo regains this when he defeats an enemy. It doesn’t show up and isn’t active

I have tested this in conquest and in squad arena. Dramatic entrance is either hidden or not applied when starting the encounters. He also doesn’t gain three stacks of knight fall as stated in the unique’s description.
