So was your post about compensation a diversion or a tease? We shouldn’t have to bend over backwards to get compensation for a companies mistake. It is ridiculous how poorly this game is ran.

As a guild mate of Ash he def was not able to log in nor had access via other devices for that period of time. If you ask me he lost a lot more in rewards then what is given as we had 2 rancors an hstr and a haat while he wasnt able to play but guess he is stuck without those gear pieces and gets crystals instead.

I can totally sympathize. I didn't know the blackout was that long. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I couldn't at least check the store for stun guns.

I haven’t received anything either. Everyone keeps posting a link to a phantom pop up in game that one person posted as evidence the make goods have been delivered. Until someone confirms they actually received something I don’t know that there’s reason to believe they’ve started to hand them out.
