Compensation from EA?

Unfortunately you may not get anything since it didn’t have a large enough game footprint. I didn’t receive a Galactic Challenge reward crate once, I figured that should be an easy fix. I was wrong. Long story short, they admitted that it was a known issue but their stance was that giving me the crate that I had earned would be unfair. I assume they thought I was lying but idk, that was never made clear. They should be able to check the logs for that kind of stuff. It’s not impossible that you’ll get something but even if you do it won’t come close to compensating for that much loss so manage your expectations. Good luck!
