Why players are getting different amount of resources as compensation? My account has received 500 crystals meanwhile other player has received 1000 crystals and he didn’t experienced any problem at all. He only sent a ticket even when the game never frozen to him.

Didn't submit a ticket as barely impacted but did the survey. .The double compensation was clearly explained in the dev update.

I filled out the survey and didn't get anything extra.

like everyone said, the compensation was equal, but players that did the survey got extra because they filled it out to help identify the bug

Also filled out the survey and only standard message. Either way: thank you for free stuff.And I hadn't filled in the survey expecting anything extra; but as it was established that was the case, just reporting that also missing.

Is anyone else annoyed about the difference in KAM shards in the compensation? If someone in a guild had a freeze during the KAM mission, the entire guild lost a shard on that, not just that player. There’s no reason that only those that had the bug should get extra rewards of a guild-wide reward unit.

No, I got one message, and got 3 of the shards that would have been 6 if had been doubled and both payouts in single message. It wasn't doubled.
TBH: happy with free stuff and message, and not going to kick up fuss... but did fill in survey (for which did not expect any bonus)... but announcement implied should, and didn't. Not overly fussed, but just flagging that did not payout as expected.
