I spent nearly an hour and a half talking to an operator in live chat
For info of all my query was not recieving the stun gun salvage on completion of tier 7 of the padme event. Have screenshots of my stun gun inventory having not spent any and having bought some with saved up crystals. This was apparebtly not enough to prove it as I had recieved the other rewards.
So the answer to "Have you posted your issue at AnswersHQ" appears to be "No."
