Jawa Engenier's the closest we should get. From what I've seen, in these types of games, the first attack, the basic, must be able to do damage, or it could get stuck in an infinite loop. Like in the game MAA, Human Torch v Human Torch was no fun, both used fire and were immune to it, so only one low-dmg attack would work, and they both had passive heals. Now imagine a guy who can't do any damage at all in a 1v1 mirror match.
