Seriously! It’s been mistake after mistake after mistake, how do you have programmers that keep messing up as regularly as this. They never test their new characters/ships and if they do it’s not good enough, they mess up the in game mechanics like with datacrons or new omicrons, new events get bugged and prevent people from participating/completing, characters get bugged like the recent bug with Jo Costa not dying and now you’ve removed everyone’s lvl 6+ datacrons that a lot of people spent time/money/crystals on and you STILL somehow manage to mess up the compensation!
You should honestly be ashamed and embarrassed with your programmers and developers, why are you continuing to employ weak and incompetent staff? They make you look like fools on a regular basis and it’s going to cost you more and more money they longer you keep the dead weight employed!
do better CG.

We would have been fired for less. Web service have to be tested before being pushed live. We have safety steps for that. Just create a twin database to run you tests. This is unreal

You should do a shame walk with you Vibe Coder friends and unskilled QAs (if you have any at all)... How to ruin a good game and lose players fast. Clap clap! Here is a cookie. 🍪

I'm with you, they need to start firing people. But I don't know if it is the programmers. They only code what they are told. Some idiot (that may have never even played the game) thought it would be a good idea to just revert back to Lvl 5 and only refund a portion of the investment. And the QA team that apparently never checks to make sure it works. This is due to the incompetence of the middle managers yelling out orders. Fire people, but make sure you are firing the ones making the decisions and not doing what they were told.

I feel your anger, but be careful where the blame gets pointed. I'm a software tester we're often the scapegoats for issues we usually catch. Many times it's not that a tester didn't catch something or speak up, but more often that the people who make the decisions chose not to listen or decided it didn't need to be resolved right away.
