Concerned with character release pace

I am concerned with this release of a new character approximately every two weeks and the ability to support them. Are the “back end” aspects of the game growing at the same rate such as maximum amount of mods allowed or the maximum amount of prebuilt squads? I just had to delete a bunch of squads so I could save pirate based squads. Please expand storage restrictions in accordance with the roster growth. Thanks.
