Pretty much. Ever since they took the data disks that helped counter the "Flash" speed on enemies (the TM ones) now you either need a GL or teams above 70-80% stamina to win most fights.
But i don't mind anymore, not going to spend crystals or money on refreshes or that pass. I am okay with getting box 4 or 5.
