Conquest Event Cancelled?

My conquest event appears cancelled. I think this issue warrants several bumps. I made it to just before the bus, and the event appears locked? Any ideas?

I think this issue warrants several bumps. I made it to just before the T1 boss, and the event appears locked? Any ideas?
