Palpatine Event Cancelled?

So before the update, I could of swore the palpatine event was x days away. I thought it got lost in the sauce of the TB update, because when I'd press the event button nothing would happen at all. But the training droid event happened and the one where you fight empire is about to go off. Is the palpatine event cancelled/delayed?

    Exactly, I was looking for a countdown of the event and also I have improved my rebels to get ready. But It seems that it is delayed

    The <<EVENT CALENDAR>> post still lists the Emperor's Demise event starting on 9/14. It's possible that the patches at the launch of the TB event might have removed the countdown announcement, but we've had no word that the event itself is being delayed. My guess is that the countdown announcement will naturally reappear in a few days.
