Conquest hard mode difference - characters doing less damage

Seems like our characters are doing far less damage than they should in Conquest hard mode. I even loaded up with things like stacking fervor, booming voice, perseverance. Still wet noodle. I must've...

Can you give specific examples in what matchups you feel like you do no dmg? I dont have this appereantly problem and i was(and still am) using g12 stranger(rn r1) in first two sectors of hard conquest

Didn't really matter what team or opponent. It seems cleared up today though and back to normal deeper into sector 2 and 3. It almost felt like some sort of reversed relic delta type thing. Very odd. Something was 100% amiss.
