Conquest. Like having non terminal cancer.

Maybe you should git gud. I'm only few battles away from getting Red Box now. This conquest, despite being the first in its cycle so everything is still experimental felt like a breeze. 

 I get where you're coming from, some of the node mechanics do feel punishing instead of challenging in a good way. It’s less about strategy and more about cheesing the right datacrons or comps, which gets old fast. I wish they’d lean more into creative gameplay rather than just cranking up enemy stats to make it “difficult.”

When I read threads like this, I’m convinced there’s a secret 4th option on the screen where we select Conquest mode. Because this description bears no resemblance to the Conquest I play. 

At least I don't dread Conquest like I do GAC. It's also not very fun to always get matched up against opponents with 50–100% of my gp, where the only deciding factor is whether they bother playing or not. 

But I don't disagree that Conquest isn't fun either for the reasons you mentioned—mostly the repetition, for me. 

Take Hard Sector 3. There's a feat for winning 15 battles with Darth Vader. There's another feat for winning 14 battles with no attacker. Does CG see the problem here? I would need to slow my progress to a crawl waiting for DV's stamina to recover so I can do 3/4 of the sector with only DV teams. And then I would need to repeat at least 8 more battles with no attackers. And then who knows how many more to get the Defense Up feat. It's mind numbing. 

Maybe the problem is that most game modes aren't fun anymore. 

I would like to play the mode you play then. I mean I'm 11 mill GP and Kyber 3 and it still a terrible annoying grind. Winning 20 battles with spectre units when there's only like 6 units in the game... So I HAVE to go back and replay these battles over and over just to do some dumb achievement. I should be able to go through the Conquest once and not have to constantly go back to do achievements or find nodes to cheese on and build wacky teams and datacrons. 

Are you on hard mode? Conquest is hit and miss for me. After getting two GLs to help on a few nodes that I was stuck it made it much better because I was able to progress to gold or red crate on hard mode. But I remember getting stuck on easy back in the day and simply couldn't progress (which is frustrating). Maybe CG can add a five battle max and let yiu move to the next? I don't know if that would help though because you'd probably get stuck again. Or maybe reroll those card things to get better ones. 

What complete and utter nonsense.

As usual most can be cheesed, and in the time it took you to write that you could have found out how to ease your pains.

And just to prove it.....

Cheesing feats is creative gameplay, it certainly doesn't get old realising each time that feats you thought undoable are actually quite easy with a little thought or just plain googling the solution.

Your hard sector 3 issue is because your method is wrong. The best way to play is to charge through to finish all sectors doing as many feats as possible then clean-up the feats with the benefit of having all your disk options and boosts available.

How do I know this works? Well.....

You really don't need the 5 battle max thing, if you or OP do then your roster simply isn't there yet. I used to struggle but once I hit 10m I do it in less than a week and spend the rest farming DCs. 

The issue here is some players seem to think everything should be easy when in reality that doesn't happen until your roster hits a certain level- and really 2 GLs isn't that.
