Totally Agree With you @DyloBin - I would like to add some more thoughts and Ideas. (I Apologize if anything said in the rest of the post was already shared)
Let's start off with the big red flag to me, If this is the possibility for future Conquest Omicron's coming to the game, and then those Omicrons being required to be able to make serious progress within Conquest. I believe a lot of the game will abandoned the whole event or just down right leave the game entirely. Myself personally would not take the event even remotely as serious.
The first and foremost major change I would like to see, but do not see it happening, is the removal of Conquest Omicron as a single entity. Instead, I would like to see most if not all of the Omicrons that are currently on characters to have an additional segment just to be active during Conquest.
Now the realistic hope;
Future Conquest Omicron's have a widespread effect. Not just a singular in-battle boost, that once the Omicron is active it has a stacking effect for the entirety of Conquest.
I.E. "After this is activated, whenever a Conquest is Active, the Players Conquest Energy recharges at a +3% rate"
"When this character is used in battle, upon Victory, this character does not lose protection. All Allies stamina reduction is reduced by 50%" - Instead of losing 10 stamina, all other characters used in battle with the Omicron character only lose 5 stamina.
