Also while it would help, you would still need to have a strong setup with a good tank and Wat or VV etc for it to work as just slightly higher stats compared to g11 isn’t going to help enough in many cases.

While you and I have these things at g11 instantly, for most people they're leaving their 3-star toons down at g9 or even lower so that they don't have to use kyros now for a toon they can't benefit from for a long time. Those players will benefit more than you or me. And while I don't need it b/c there's ALWAYS a cheese to get the feat done, I feel it does make some of the more frustrating feats easier or less anxious or both.

And, yes, you're going to need very good toons to make things work, but while Omicrons are powerful, they aren't a push-to-win button, so I thought this was the best compromise.

If you (or anyone chime in here) were going to tweak it, how would you make it better?
