Conquest plus pass Ben Solo shards.

In accordance with the post for conquest pass and pass plus we were supposed to receive 45 Ben solo shards. I received 30 with the 9.99 conquest pass which is wrong. In game it advertised access to proving grounds. How is this accessed? Rebooted. Reinstalled game. Nothing. Still 280/330. The execution of this new system seems very broken. I am a 7 year player and only toon needed is Ben Solo. I have already red crated conquest. How do I get the shards? Because I am 0-11 in ticket resolution…
