Conquest Rewards Missing

So I was able to get to Tier 6 in conquest, which should actually provide the most amount of gear out of any crate of rewards. I'll provide pictures below for the rewards I got. If anyone else is seeing the same thing please post.

Based off my memory for Tier 6 reward crate gear wise I should of received 9 different pieces of gear. It was something like 2-3-2-2 for the gear reward crates. As you can see below I only got 4 gear crates.
